MultiVAC the 47th Bi-Weekly Report: Further testing of “Polar” and smart contractor C++ compiler

01-Technological Progress:
1.Further usability and efficiency testing has been conducted on Polar, the distributed storage system of MultiVAC;
2.The smart contract C++ compiler v0.1alpha version of MultiVAC has moved on to testing stage;
3.MultiVAC consensus mechanism are being further improved;
4.The testnet logic has been upgraded and efficiency is greatly advanced;
5.Mining logic has been optimized so that mining nodes are more stable.
