Community & Marketing Progress:

1. CEO & CTO held a constructive meeting with top officials of Tianjin local administration

On Dec.3, Our CEO Frank and CTO Shawn held a meeting with top level officials of a coastal metropolis (Tianjin City) in China. They discussed the current market situation of blockchain technology and its future potentials. Dr. Shawn also explained the Sharding blockchain solution and how it could empower the local business to thrive.

2. MultiVAC tech forum is running smoothly! Bounty rewards distribution completed

Since the launch of MultiVAC tech forum (f.mtv.ac), it has received great attention from our supporters. The tech forum plays an essential role in our ecosystem governance, and we hope our supporters can continue participating! At the same time, the bounty program to celebrate the tech forum’s establishment already completed. All rewards have been distributed. You can access the tech forum from our official website mtv.ac.

3. MultiVAC launched the testnet 2.2 version

To accomplish a stable transition from MultiVAC testnet 2.0 Engima to 3.0 Oracle, our team launched the 2.2 version testnet on Dec.11. Testnet 2.2 is an integrated testing version before the testnet 3.0, which include lots of newly-added features and changes of the 3.0 version. 2.2 version testnet is mainly for stability testing.

The testnet 2.2 has been successfully upgraded. As the tech team need to reboot the entire network, previous transaction history couldn’t be checked after the upgrade. All miners latest balance data are saved.

4. MultiVAC R&D time-line updated

With the successful launch of testnet 2.2, MultiVAC dev team also updated the timeline for future R&D. Till now, most of the functions have been developed well. Our tech team will accelerate the development pace of the remaining functions to optimize the system’s stability and reliability. Official testnet 3.0 is expected to be launched in Q1, 2020. Testnet 3.0 will be extremely similar to MultiVAC mainnet. After that, a security audit & testing will be conducted. MultiVAC mainnet is expected to be live in Q2, 2020.

5. MultiVAC CEO Frank invited to meet Microsoft Suzhou team

MultiVAC CEO Frank was invited to have a meeting with the Microsoft Suzhou team in its technology center. Both sides exchanged information of the current development progress, the future R&D strategy, and the situation of blockchain startups in China. Microsoft Suzhou expressed high opinion on the Sharding blockchain solution. These two sides are likely to explore the application of blockchain tech jointly in the future.

About MultiVAC:

MultiVAC is a high-throughput flexible blockchain platform based all-dimensional sharding. It’s a next-generation public blockchain platform built for integration with large-scale decentralized applications (dApps). MultiVAC is developing the first solution in the world characterized by speediness, efficiency, and all-dimensional sharding to expand its capacity in computation, transmission, and storage. It realizes the maximum throughput while maintaining decentralization and without sacrificing security.

At the same time, MultiVAC pioneers flexibility for DApps to trade-off freely on the impossible CAP triangle between decentralization, performance, and security, supporting large-scale decentralized commercial applications for complex and diverse business requirements.
