Solve the compile problem, MultiVAC updated the code and completed more documents
After we open source the main code repo, we received serval problems, then we updated the library and testutil docs.
Here is the thing, as we run the testnet for more than a year, the client tools and dependency are integrated into the util modules. If you wanna get a runnable client application, you should understand the whole tentnet architecture and compile it in a Linux programming environment.
Although the updated code is named in testutil, it is truly the important part.
